CRM & Sales Guide
Manage contacts, leads, and deals through your sales pipeline.
Importing Contacts
Navigate to CRM > Contacts. You can add contacts one at a time or import in bulk via CSV. The CSV import supports mapping columns to Marqly fields (name, email, phone, company, etc.). Duplicate detection prevents adding the same contact twice based on email or phone number. You can also export your contacts as CSV anytime.
Note: CSV import is available under CRM > Contacts. The system parses standard CSV formats with header rows.
Managing Leads
Leads flow through stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost. Each lead stores contact info, deal value, source (website, referral, social, email, phone, other), and an activity timeline. You can filter leads by stage or source using the colour-coded filter pills above the table. The search bar supports debounced searching across name, email, and company.
Note: The leads page at CRM > Leads supports server-side pagination (20 per page) and optimistic UI updates.
Deal Pipeline (Kanban Board)
For a visual view of your sales process, switch to the Deal Pipeline under CRM > Deals. The Kanban board organises deals by stage — drag and drop cards between columns to update their status. Each deal card shows the contact name, value, and stage. The pipeline view also displays metrics like total pipeline value and weighted forecast.
Note: Toggle between table and Kanban view using the view mode selector at the top of the Deals page.
Automation & Lead Scoring
Leads and deals integrate with the Automations engine. You can create workflows that trigger on lead creation, stage changes, or deal value thresholds. The AI Lead Scoring node analyses lead data and assigns a score (1-100) with confidence indicators, helping you prioritise high-value prospects.
Note: Find automation templates under AI > Automations. The 'AI Lead Scoring' node is under the AI category in the node palette.
